Exploring History
One of the key components of our Educational Exposure Visit Tours is exploring the rich history of Nepal. For students in grades 1-5, we cover topics such as “Our Past”, while students in grades 6-10 can expect to learn about “Our Nation” and “Our Past.”
Our study visits include historical sites for instance, the Bungmati Village, where students can explore the traditional Newari culture and architecture, and Janakpur, the birthplace of Sita and the site of the famous Janaki Temple. Likewise, we also visit Nuwakot, which was once the capital of the Kathmandu Valley and is home to the historic Nuwakot Palace. By visiting these sites and learning about their significance, students can develop a deeper appreciation for Nepal’s rich cultural and historical heritage.
